With three years devoted to aerospace engineering in the realm of autonomous drones, Jacob has garnered invaluable experience in various facets of manufacturing and engineering. His expertise encompasses a spectrum of areas, including adhering to IPC standards for aerospace cable manufacturing, Mil-spec manufacturing of metallic and non-metallic components, electronic system integration, and the design-to-production of 3D printed components. Jacob has actively engaged with international clients in an advisory capacity, ensuring that both components and final assemblies align with customer specifications and design requirements. Furthermore, he has served as a quality engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for final aircraft integration, demonstrating his commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

His extensive experience in product development, business operations, channel sales, and finance guides RetroFutures balance between project excellence and expediency to market.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led development teams across various products and vertical markets, consistently driving bottom-line profits and increasing brand equity year over year. His key skill sets include expertise in hardware, firmware, software product design and development, as well as proficiency in channel and supply chain management, project management, team leadership, brand licensing agreements, and finance/budget management.
